Women’s Ministry

The vision of Women’s Ministry at Deer Park Baptist Church is to bring glory and honor to God through encouraging, training, and equipping women in the fulfillment of Christ’s mission.  It is our hope that each woman will discover her God-given passion, and will be encouraged and aided in developing that passion to her greatest potential.

This vision is based on Ephesians 4:11-13:

It was He who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, to prepare God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.     (NIV)

Opportunities are available through Bible studies, missions, special events and ministry teams.
